Mumtaz Nazir joined ROCKSTONE as Partner and Chief Executive Officer in 2020. To take the ROCKSTONE to the next level, he brought his hands-on international professional experience of over 27 years in Project Management, Design & Engineering Management, Construction Management & Supervision, Resource and Risk Management, and Facilities Planning & Development. Mumtaz envisages great scope in the cost-effective premium concrete products in Pakistan by deploying state-of-the-art technology and proper training. He believes in youth promotion and technical expertise as an industry of any scale is the future savior of Pakistan. Mumtaz has project experience that includes large-scale building and infrastructure projects, worth over US$ 300 Million, in both public and private sectors. He also has experience working as PMT and PMC on EPC projects in Oil &Gassector.

Hassan Rauf is an expert in concrete (ready mix/ cast-in-situ) and concrete products (wet-cast, dry-cast, pre-cast) with vast experience in construction management and concrete material consultancy. In addition to academic qualifications pertaining to civil engineering, he is also a certified decorative concrete engineer. In addition to co-founding it, Hassan led and expanded ROCKSTONE into a well-recognized manufacturer and supplier of wet cast concrete products all over Pakistan. He has managed over 30 small to medium projects and over 2 large projects since 2013 and also worked as a free-lance consultant for projects involving concrete mix design, placing methodologies, and project-specific concrete requirements since 2017. With strong technical knowledge and progressive experience, he continues to successfully deliver projects and creates innovation in the world of concrete. He is the first and only member of the World Concrete Cooperation from Pakistan.
